I would like to receive guidance on the attached case study. It is required to outline and analyse the problems faacing the Simkin cafe Chain in the short and long term and offer recommendations fo rtheir resolution.

I am able to identify that there are some issues with their management style, organisational structure, employee motivation and behaviours, culture, etc. However I am not sure which theoritical models are appropriate to be employed in the case analysis.
